If a passenger’s baggage is delayed or damaged during travel with Cathay Pacific, the passenger should file a report with the baggage services office at the airport as soon as possible. The passenger will be given a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) which will be required to process any Cathay Pacific baggage claim.
