• Cathay Pacific change flight would be applicable on all fare types and classes of service booked.
• Flights originating to and from the US are allowed to make changes for free within 24 hours of purchase.
• If you need to change your flight due to an emergency, we will waive the change fee.
• All other changes are subject to the fare rules of your ticket.
• The new flight must be booked in the same class of service as the original flight. If the new flight is not available in the same class of service, you will be booked in the next available class.
• If the new flight is less expensive than the original flight, the difference in airfare will be forfeited.
• If the new flight is more expensive, the difference in airfare must be paid.
• No changes are permitted post Cathay Pacific check-in.

Cathay Pacific Change Flight Within 24 Hours

If you need to change your flight with Cathay Pacific, you can do so within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time. No Cathay Pacific change fee would be assessed. Provided –

• The flight must be originated to and from the US
• The itinerary includes all the flight segments operated and marketed by Cathay Pacific.
• The scheduled departure date must be booked 7 days or more in advance.
