What is the Policy for Missing or Damaged Baggage?

Depending on your airport of arrival, the airline provides two ways to report lost baggage:

1) Report missing baggage

Passengers can request Air France missing baggage request online as well as over the phone.

Method 1: You can declare a missing bag online

Within 48 hours after the arrival of your flight, please fill out the form below or use the Air France app to report lost luggage. Please look for your luggage receipt to accomplish this.

  •  If you complete Air France flight check in at the airport, one of the airline’s representatives will give you your receipt there.
